Stamping Cat-astrophe

Both of these stamps are old favorites of mine.  Unfortunately, I've forgotten the names of the manufacturers.  If anyone knows, please let me know.  I added Crystal Lacquer to the eyes of the cat to make them look real and used my clear glaze pen on the stamped paw prints.  This card is for a friend who is battling cancer.  Please remember him in prayer.

I'm entering my card in these challenges:

Cute Card Thursday - Dieing for a punch- No die cutting machines or punches can be used.
Stamping Sister's in Christ - Proverbs 27:17 -Use Metal
CES challenge - Anything Goes

Blessings
  • Received my first Zentangle from a friend. Awesome creativity!!!
  • Hubby found some good used books for me.  I was almost out.
  • A phone call from a friend I hadn't talked to in awhile.
Have a wonderful day!!!

Inky hugs!
Shelly

Whoa Shelly, what an enormously cute card this is! Love the stamps you used and the little embellishment is so adorable! I'm sorry to hear, however, that your friend is going through so much right now... I know from experience that trying to have some fun can take your thoughts away from all the burden so your friend will definitely have a big smile on his face once he gets your fab card! Take care, ~Ira

You sure have a lovely blog Shelly. I've really enjoyed looking at all the lovely things you create and reading a little bit about your family and pets. I was particuarly moved by the "blessings" you add at the end of each post. What a lovely idea to remember those things that we take for granted every day... it really made me stop and think.
Thanks Shelly.
Cheers,
Beccy
