The weather here has been just perfect lately. Around 80* with a gentle breeze. This is a picture I took from my porch swing while I was sitting out there being seranaded by a mockingbird. That gorgeous blue sky is one of my favorite things about Florida. That is a typical Florida sky, even during the winter. Isn't it beautiful?The other night Mark grilled hamburgers out on the back porch. Later on the dogs and I heard something out on the porch. By the time I turned the outdoor light on and looked out the window our mystery visitor was gone. Whatever it was must have been pretty good sized, because it knocked a heavy plant pot off of the porch ledge and broke it. Princess sniffs all over the areas the mystery visitor touched each time she goes outside. It could have been anything from a stray cat to a raccoon. We've even had bob cats and a Florida panther out back before, but I don't think they would come up on the porch.
