It's Party Time!
This is my sister's birthday card and was made with lots of love. I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils and oms. The sentiment is a freebie from Create with TLC and the darling image is from Doodle Dragon Studios. (I linked to the blog, because they will soon be moving locations & this gives updates.)
